Should have posted this up a long time ago (as in, last week) but Procrastination is my middle name which I do live up to. I am not as proud of it as I sound.

I bet a lot of you already know that Kenny Sia’s secret project is Level Up Fitness, a gymnasium.

Eh, why your hand so fair but your forearm so dark wan?

On the first day of its soft opening, I went to have a look (and to exercise as well lah) since I can fully utilize the whole place for free for two weeks. All the photos in this post was taken on that very day.

The gym is located at the Everrise building (Wisma Everrise) at Padungan (behind HSBC). After being Kuchingized, I drove all the way to the entrance of the gym to look for the nearest parking space so that I did not have to walk more than 5 meters from my car to the reception

Fortunately, a car parking right in front of the entrance of the gym was leaving so I signaled, parked and walked 5 meters to the reception counter

After greeting the friendly GENERAL manager slash bartender slash mountain and sea hampalang also do (that’s what she said), Cherlyn, who gave me a towel and key to my locker, I was free to roam and play with any gym equipment available. As I have mentioned earlier, it was the first day of soft opening so there was a crowd at the gym. It was pretty chaotic but under control.

Such short time was due to the music being played that night. For extraordinary reasons, they decided to play Beyonce’s song which, for me, was not that suitable for gym. (Checked! They changed songs already )

It’s been a long long time since I last exercise and after all the feat, I could not move a muscle anymore. Therefore, I roamed about taking pictures and exploring the gym.

Suggestion:

• Please put signs on the wall where they are visible to people approaching the washroom as well. I have had 3 guys walking into the ladies’ at different time when I was having a blowjob (will explain later)

Suggestion:

• Please install some handle on the door of each locker because it is hard to open the locker door without breaking my fingernails. (Checked! I went on Monday and the handles are already installed)

After showering, you can have a blowjob with these high-powered salon-quality hair dryer

Suggestion:

• There is no hand dryer or tissue paper available for drying hands. I don’t think we can use the hair dryer to dry our hands, can we? (Checked! I went just now - 28th Oct, 7.15pm - and there are tissue dispenser for drying hand)

All of those mentioned above are on the first floor except the reception counter which is on the ground floor. After I was done with the blowjob, I loitered upstairs to the second floor.

Ah~ dance studio for classes like Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, Belly Dancing, Body Combat, Body Pump, etc

I went for the Pilates class (pronounce Pee-lah- tay) on Saturday and it was G-R-E-A-T!!! Since it was too early, only 4 people attended the class. I brought my best friend, Cheryl, to this class and guess what? Kenny’s mom was in the class as well The Pilates instructor is a Russian lady called Kate. She has an amazingly toned body! (In other word, HOT!) I am sure if there were any guys in the class, they would be ogling and gawking at her when she bent over or spread

Anyway, I peeked at their management office and found Kenny in there talking to someone out of view. I curi-curi took a picture lor! Before I managed to snap a picture, Kenny caught me taking a shot and he struck a pose! wtf

Then I ran off to check out the ground floor. There is a juice bar next to the reception counter.

Until now I do not know what was served at the bar.

• Menu leh?

My verdict?

I am impressed with all the details and effort they put into Level Up Fitness, i.e. hair dryer, juice bar with tables and chairs, good quality equipment, wireless audio thingy on every machine, T-shirt, backpack, towels, etc.

Suggestion:

• Free WIFI

I did not take pictures of the weight and other equipment on the ground floor because that area seems to be a GOLF area. You know, Gentlemen Only, Ladies’ Forbidden. Once I stepped into the area, all eyes were on me that I froze instantly as if I accidentally stepped on a mine bomb. I suggested to Kenny to put up a sign in that area that says: “NO OGLING” which he said testosterone level is the highest in that area but they will get used to it soon wtf!

Mr. Kuching/Sarawak (or Malaysia), Dexter is one of the personal trainer at this gym. I saw a lot of guys at the gym trying to build up their upper body. I am not a fan of bulky guys though so there’s nothing to ogle Haha!

Anyway, my best friend who went to Pilates with me was so impressed with the gym (especially the hair dryers) and the offered price that she JOINED! On the spot! 0.0!!!

Fortunately my fingers are not affected and I can still type this post pretty well. Apart from that, I can hardly move without feeling painful Too long no exercise *sigh*
