Dragon Ball Evolution

It was raining rats and cats and dogs so we decided not to go ahead with the fugitive hunt (refer to the post before this). We went for a movie instead. Dragon Ball Evolution was the title. It was released the day before and I was curious as to how the Akira Toriyama’s manga made into an almost 2-hour movie.
I am a big fan of Akira Toriyama. I have read his Dragon Ball, Dr. Slump and Cowa (If I remember correctly) because I love his drawings! 
Main character, Son Goku, was played by Justin Chatwin
His girlfriend, Chi Chi, was played by the hot and spicy Jamie Chung
Goku’s master, funny and perverted Muten Roshi, was played by none other than Chow Yun Fatt
But, Chow Yun Fatt wasn’t perverted enough in the movie to live up to the character of Muten Roshi.
Tech-savvy, weapon-laden Bulma was well-played by Emmy Rossum
I think she is more suitable for the character of Lara Croft in the coming movie Tomb Raider though.
My verdict?
*thumbs down* Not up to my expectation. The whole movie was only showing the first few volumes of the comic itself. The plot in the movie is different from the comic and there wasn’t much of character building in the movie (besides Son Goku’s). The storyline is all spoiled! And where the hell is Kurin? Since when Picollo got 2 female assistant? Since when Picollo killed grandfather Gohan? Since when Muten Roshi was killed by Goku??? WTF?! It was such a disappointment. I rather stick to reading the comic, thank you very much.
Speaking of which, now where did I keep my Dragon Ball collection? 
i thought of blogging about but since u already did, well .. i think there’s no need for it lah. so now im left with one more movie to wait - transformers, the revenge of the decepticons.
Why lah? Blog about it lar. I done it doesn’t mean you cannot liao mah, we got different reader what. Yeah, man, I’m waiting for Transformers as well!
Not into this kind of movie… haha.
Well, most girls don’t as well. (I’m exception lah! Hahahah!)

Wah! Then we can only watch The Sound of Music and My Fair Lady kah? Speaking of which, it’s been a long time since I watched My Fair Lady. Now where to find it hor…
My first impression of this movie when I saw its trailer is this movie sucks. Especially Chow Yun Fatt - he looks way too serious compare the the comic and wth? he has hair???
Goku is like reluctant to save the world at first, which makes it not so goku-like in comic too. I didn’t plan to watch the movie after I see the trailer.
Yeah, definitely not worth the watch, except for the hot girls in there. Hahahaha!
