Rasa Sayang Eh, Rasa Sayang Sayang Eh

Rasa Sayang is the name of the cafe that sells one of the delicious kampua in town. The shop was formerly located at the corner shop of the block near Socso office at the Bus Terminal commercial area but I didn’t have the chance to taste it before they moved. Suituapui loves the kampua there and he’s blogged about it quite a number of times, especially everytime he mentioned kampua. [Read them in this post on the different taste of kampua and this post about “what the hell is kampua”]
And then the original Rasa Sayang reappeared not very far from its former location, right across the road (from its former location) at the new building facing the main road. So, when Alvin and I were in Sibu for the weekend, we went to Rasa Sayang for breakfast yesterday (though Suituapui went much later that morning, we didn’t bump into him)
Kampua (the common type) that I had - RM2.20. My mom had the same but without the pork (RM1.70)
My brother and Alvin had dark soy sauce version of Kampua. I like the dark version because the common version seemed a bit dry but taste delicious nonetheless. Besides, the soup that came with the kampua was tasty as well. The soup taste suspiciously similar to the soup for Ah Kia Mee.
Wash them down with Teh-C Special or 3-colour Milk Tea - 3 Ser Nai Cha (as how the waitress said it and it costs RM2.00) and pat your tummy with satisfaction. You just had a full-filling breakfast! ![]()

There’s one coffee shop in padang ayam, wong king hou road. The shop is located near a detached house. The kampua is fantastic and the laksa boleh tahan. The shop also served buah kenong drinks. Can have a try
THE OWNER OF THIS RASA SAYANG CAFE HAS A VERY GOOD ATTITUDE / CHARACTER IN DOING THE BUSINESS. THEY WONT SERVE YOU IF THE KAMPUA IS NOT DELICIOUS ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
