Happy Birthday To Me!

The pitiful post yesterday was so pitiful that no one commented as of when I type this post
23 years ago, on this day, a baby girl was born.
Her name is Clare
I was a born camwhore 
See, still could take the time to smile at the camera while being fed.
I think I was throwing a tantrum
All these photos are almost as old as myself. Found them while I was looking for pictures of my first birthday. Apparently I didn’t celebrate my first birthday, I couldn’t find any picture of that. *sad*
I think I was about 2-3 years old then
I was told that the almond nut chocolate was the biggest gift (not for birthday) I was ever given and I held onto it tightly for the whole day. I was still holding it when I slept that night and my parents had a hard time prying my little fingers off the chocolate (by then the shape was already distorted) 
Why so serious?
I found the first picture of me with a cake so I presume it was my birthday. But there was no candles on it, so I don’t know how old young I was then. 3-4 years old, maybe. After flipping through the old photo album for a while, I found out that it wasn’t my birthday *pout* I was just being attracted to the pretty cake and didn’t want to budge an inch. I did not have any birthday celebration picture when I was a kid! *bawls*
I don’t remember celebrating my birthdays throughout my childhood or teenage years (except for the 14th birthday party at my house). Why? Because school exams always fall on the week of my birthday. So instead of celebrating and eating cakes, I had to study memorize and eat the books. I think my parents were secretly pleased so they didn’t have to buy anything for me 
Fast forward 20 years later…
I turned out fine 
Hmm…I don’t know how I am going to celebrate this day yet. Probably stay at home with good wine and some potato chips while watching TV? Yeah, that’s the plan for now. So sad, huh!
