Sematan Palm Beach Resort
Jul 31st, 2008 by Clare
Sematan is a small town located approximately 100km to the west Kuching. There is only one way to get to this place - by car. Sematan is the place to elope escape to from the hectic city life. There are a number of resorts around this area but Palm Beach Resort is the popular one.
For non-stay-in guests, you have to pay RM2 for adult and RM1 for kid (6-12 years old) per entry
The building where the reception counter is located.
The cafe situated right next to the reception building.
Enough of buildings. I wasn’t that keen on buildings anyway. Let’s head down to the beach!
The picturesque view of the sea greeted me with its serenity. It was calm and peaceful. The whole afternoon when I was there, I felt as if burden was lifted off me. The gentle sea breeze that brushed against my cheek was therapeutic so I did the unthinkable
…by writing my name on the sand!
It was tiring as I am not used to doing so much exercise, i.e. writing my name on the sand *roll eyes* so I ran into the welcoming waves.
OMG! The water is so clear that I wanted to drink the whole sea!
Tasting the sea water to see if my pee has reached from Mukah or not… LOL! (Yes, I peed in the sea in Mukah. Shut up!)
An idea struck me out of the blue and I ran back to the place I wrote my name earlier and started to…
PIMP MY BLOG!
The view from the sea was un-describe-able with words. You gotta be here to experience it yourself
Besides the boring sea, there are a lot of activities, not limited to sex, that you can do here, like kayaking (single or double seater), cycling, wall climbing, diving and snorkelling (prior arrangement only). There are also BBQ pits with 1 picnic table for 6 for rental at RM15/unit and with the same price you can also rent a mahjong table!
