Personal Reflection On The Year 2007

2007 is coming to an end. Looking back at the whole year of 2007, there were numerous things that I have done that I have never thought of doing in my life before! Let me recall some of the crazy things that I had done (or that had happened to me) in 2007:
- Gambled for the first time in Genting at the beginning of the year and won 100% - I was scared, so I only gambled RM100 on roulette machine and won another RM100 so I stopped!
- Meeting the first blogger face-to-face.
- Found love in an unexpected way.
- Someone hanged herself to death at my university earlier this year in a suicide bid.
- Became the Master of Ceremony alongside my buddy Foo Kiat
- Represented my university and joined a debate tournament in Cyberjaya and won 2 out of 4 preliminary rounds
- Gave impromptu speeches in English wearing a sari (for the first time)
And won 3rd prize in overall exhibition booth for Spring Fest. - Bought my own domain name and host my own website. Kampua Talk is still Kampua Talk, only instead of using Blogger, I bought my own dot com and host my own blog. My blog has been generating side income (from Nuffnang) for me as I blog. Though not a lot, something is better than nothing at all.
- Trying to eat up 30 large McD fries at Nicole’s place
- Bought myself a pair of Transformers toys - Optimus Prime and Megatron
- Bought a Rubik’s Cube and solve it!
- Made a damage vote for the campus election by drawing the following pictures:
- Witnessed a crime and experienced CSI: Klang. A true story that I witnessed right before my eyes, involving the police force.
- Created the Shit Bomb idea. What would happen to the USA when China is provoked? A simple yet destructive idea came to me when I was answering the nature’s call.

- Lye Huat Garden, Jitra, Kedah with my coursemates
Famous people I have met:
- Amber Chia
- Miss Malaysia 2005: Emmeline Ng
- Nuffnang Boss: Timothy Tiah
- Celebrity bloggers: Nicole at Jogoya, Starhill Gallery, Ringo at Delicious Cafe, One Utama and Kenny Sia at D’lish, Midvalley (all for the first time)
But I only have pictures of Nicole!

2007 was an eventful year for me, with all the happenings. I hope to have an even more exciting 2008!

2007 must be a meaningful year to you. I believe 2008 will we as fun as 2007… or even much better.. hehe…
