Today, I Cooked Dinner
Dec 28th, 2007 by Clare
I was hungry like nobody’s business at about 4pm already. I went straight to the refrigerator and found some raw vegetables. I found some oyster mushrooms, abalone mushroom, needle mushrooms, some baby corn, some tomatoes and a broccoli. After chop, chop, chop, slice, slice, slice, cook, cook, cook, a dish was ready:
Foochow-style Sweet and Sour 3 Mushrooms with Baby Corn and Tomatoes
Okay, I simply named it. There is no recipe for the dish because I main hantam wan! (simply throw in anything). Yes, that’s it. One dish for dinner only. Healthy and delicious! Light and easy!

can eat one or not? why not send over for us to sample? maybe only look good lah hahahhaha
Gerenti bagus punya!
Never judge a book by its cover…so I can’t give my opinion until u’ve invited me to go an taste it first. Serving arrangement excellent though, but like girls too…they may be nice to look at but u don’t know what lies within. The Chinese say, “You know a person’s face, but you don’t know her heart.”
This time cannot invite you lah. The serving was for 3 people. If I invite you hor, I must cook one extra dish as much you know!
looks nice… some mushroom galore…
I forgot to add another type of mushroom.
where’s mine leh?
