I’ve been waiting for this for so long and as I was about to sprout a mushroom in my nostrils, Wuching from the Journal of the Whills bo tai bo ji tag me wor. Maybe he eat too free nothing to do lor.
Back to the media, this meme is about My Favourite Food In My State or Country. I will definitely choose my state so as not to betray nor offend the Head Hunters. I’ll start from my hometown first - SIBU.
#1: KAMPUA
Kampua has a place deep in Sibu people’s heart. They have high tendency to take this dish for granted all the time when they are in Sibu but once they are far far away from home like yours truly (and many other people), they would crave for it at odd times. First thing they will always do once the plane touchdown at Sibu airport, nothing is more important than savouring a plate of Kampua before going home. 
#2: LAKSA
Sarawak Laksa is the BEST in the world! This is the Sibu version of laksa.
Would you look at THAT!!! Prawns!!! This is Kuching version of laksa from Foody Goody Cafe.
#3: TIEN PIEN HU
The best Tien Pein Hu in Sibu can be found at the alley of the old bus station in town. Period!
#4: MIDIN
Can be found only in Sarawak! Cooked with belacan or red wine! Yummy!!! No other place have this. Either that, or people there do not bother to know how to appreciate the vegetable.
#5: TU KA
Roasted pork leg! The best-est, juiciest, crunchiest tu ka is the one at the new bus terminal at Jalan Pahlawan.
#6: CRAB
Though not the best crab I’ve ever eaten, this is the cheapest! Available at the same place as the tu ka. Always order this with the tu ka so that you can use the huge bone of tu ka to crack open the shell.

Now, let us venture over to Kuching.
#7: KOLO MEE
The best is still in Kuching. Period!
There! Some of the main food in Sarawak that will always be my favourite! Am I supposed to pick just ONE??? Ooppss!!! Too bad then. I could not do that. Food is my passion!
